MISSION STATEMENT
I have been in contracting for a large portion of my life. I started working for my dad's AC company in the 90's and realized that customer service and sales were my passion. After attending college for a few years, I decided to join corporate America where I learned more about the sales process and customer service. While there, I realized I couldn't provide the same level of customer service that I was taught at a young age. I left corporate America and started a company in the service industry. After some success, I decided to build a pool for my family. I realized there were not companies out there that provided the communication and customer service that I was used to providing for my customers. With that being said, I starting asking questions about the custom pool building industry and realized most pool companies sub-contract a large portion of their work. So what are you getting with paying pool companies to build your dream oasis? They are supposed to manage the project of building your dream oasis from start to finish. I decided with my know how in the mechanical and service industry, that I could do a better job with integrity to help families build custom pools.
